My project is about Quebec City. I have picked 3 different topics about Quebec City to talk about. I have picked the history of Quebec City, about Quebec City, and the culture of Quebec City.
What was the most interesting thing you learned about your topic?
The most interesting thing I learned from my topic is that Samuel De Champlain was the founder of Quebec City. I found this very interesting because if Samuel De Champlain had never found Quebec City, Quebec City wouldn't be as vibrant as it is today, with all the different festivals and events.
What important lessons have you learned that you want to share with other Canadians?
The important lessons I have learned from my project and that I want to share with other Canadians would be that without Exploration we wouldn't have been colonized, or even noticed. Exploration has formed us of who we are today
How would you compare your life today to the lives of those studied in your project?
I find that my life compared to the lives I am studying in my project are very similar. With my school there are many cultures that come from many parts of the world. They bring their interest's and backgrounds to share with us.
