A Story of Photos
This is the story of Darwin George Hume in the format of photos. Its a slideshow with music in the backround and a small intro and closing message.
What was the most interesting thing you learned about your topic?
I learned from my Grandpa during the making of my biography and video that sometimes you have to do things for others even though you may not want to. Like if someone wants something really bad but you are not a very big fan of the idea you still do it to make that person happy!
What important lessons have you learned that you want to share with other Canadians?
The most interesting thing I learned was where my Grandpa met my Grandma. My grandpa met her at the Salisbury house! I also learned that my Grandpa doesn't like fruit cake so at the wedding they had both fruit cake and chocolate.
How would you compare your life today to the lives of those studied in your project?
Today we are connected alot through social media. Back then people would come to others houses more often for lunch or to play a game of cards. I think that things were a lot harder too because they didn't have buses to get to school and most walked miles to get there.
