Postmedia News: Rockies, other geography made Canada’s West a dinosaur hotbed

Western Canada’s remarkable dinosaur riches can be traced in large part to the birth of the Rocky Mountains and other geological forces that combined to create a multitude of isolated animal habitats in the region about 75 million years ago, according to a new U.S.-led study.
